Okay, I'm 32, so this obviously isn't about me.
I remember reading a study (can't remember where), that suggested that after a certain age, nothing (no amount of T) will promote muscle growth. The age was something like 80 or 90 and I realize that there is a very individual component to this, but is there any truth to it?
Personally, I'll be happy to be alive at 80 and as long as I've built a sufficient base of strength, my "declines" will not prevent me from doing the normal things in life (like getting up!).
So what's the 411?
