Seems as though my previous log disappeared.....so here I am more than half way through the 3 month trial of the HGH patches.....so far the only effects I can report are improved sleep. I did have some tingling in my arms for a day but that was the only other side effect that was "HGH" like that I have experienced. I will contnue with the 1 on 5 off rotation and will report all results over the remainder of the trial period.

I am now at the 2 month mark and would report pretty much the same thing. It may just be me but I feel I am seeing better skin too. Also feeling that tingling sometimes, could describe my arm that the patch is on as "heavy."

I used these four about 3 1/2 months. Mostly noticed improved sleep and vivid dreams. I have been curious though if this contains Melatonin becuase the results are similar minus teh headache the morning after taking the melatonin. Also, I did experience a whole lot of tingling in my arms, kinda weird. I know it was from this becuase I have been off them for a couple weeks now (using creatine/beta patches now) and the tingling has gone away alot. Anyway, take care..SJ

I am very curious about the content on melatonin as well.....seems VERY possible

I'm not sure on this. But assuming there isn't, the only thing that I could think of is this: when the hgh from the patch kicks in at night and you fall into a deep sleep, the quality of sleep stimulates the pineal gland to secrete extra melatonin, thus accounting for the vivid dreams and no melatonin like hangover. Seems most people only get that headache when they consume melatonin, not when the pineal gland naturally secretes it.

This is just a theory of mine...I have no idea.

Had a pretty awesome night's sleep last night....had to get up @ 430 so it wasnt a LONG nights sleep....VIVID dreams...but they were kind of dark...I didnt really enjoy them...but I slept very DEEPLY

Hey guys I just got my hgh patch I didn't try any yet the instruction says keep it on 12-24 h... They are 25mg anyway those this stuff work I mean get you big muscle bcuz I don't want to waist my time if it is only for good sleep...I never took any steroids I would like to get big and take hgh injection any suggestion?
