Ai dosage on testosterone

On 200-250 mg weekly of testosterone should I use an ai? If so thoughts on how much?

The only true way to know is via blood tests, but at that dose I would try out something like .5mg Adex (if it's tabs so you can halve it), twice a week and go from there. I use 1mg Adex MWF and 10mg Cialis MWF with 250mg Test per week but I am a high estrogen = side effects and gyno issues.

Did you, or are you going to do a Pre-Cycle Bloodwork for Estradiol.
This would help with the Initial Dosing.
As AI dosing varies greatly with the individual.

But generally speaking on your dose, you might be able to use 0.5 Mg of Arimidex twice a week.
Or 12.5 Mg of Aromasin, twice a week.

I would keep a Daily Journal of how you are feeling, and any Side Effects that you notice.
This will help in determining if you need to increase the dose, or stay at your Initial Dose................. JP
