Acne is creeping back and libido is down...again. The last four days I took

I am taking stane at 25 mg E3d
Should I do 12.5 ED ? and try that for 2-3 weeks to see if I can clear up and keep it up?
Yes testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), TCyp. 200 mg E5d, also take .5mg avodart daily, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) day after 350IU
