I currently have

****labs Decaplex 300 (2x 10ml vials)
Syn DBol (120x 10mg Tabs)

Arriving soon
Test-E (1 10ml vial 250mg/ml I think...)

Lots of clomid and Nolva!

Ive posted how im gonna take it all somewhere on here so if your curious you can look. As for now i'm only planning on using the Test-E and DBols as a Kickstart, Really low dose DBol because I can always increase later in the cycle.
I think I may run nolva eod as well and i got enough clomid and nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) and may order some HCG. I dont care if my balls shrink though, it'll just make my DICK look bigger, haha.

Any comments thus far let me know. I've been training for about 5 or 6 years and used to be a cardio junkie. Im an ectomorph and managed to get up too about 186lbs (190lbs) on a good day and im 23. Been stuck at this weight for quite some time though :mad: I eat clean as hell and dont plan on trying to go on a junk food binge as some have suggested to put on shit weight. I'm also eating roughly 4000-5000 calories a day and about 286 grams of protein
 
Are you doing a Deca cycle with a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose and dbol kick start?

Thats what Im gathering from your post,you have 20ml of DECA and only 10ml of test,
What is your cycle plan layout?
 
you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), probably something for prolactin, you need twice the test, and don't take nolva with Deca. You need to totally re-think this one bro

Yah, that's what it looks like. Get more test and save the deca for another cycle. What exactly is the cycle you have planned?
 
How do you eat 5000cals ED and only get 280g Protein if your eating clean?

Man i have 3500cals ed and i get 350g Protein.

yeah, fuck the cycle questions... this is what I'm wondering. There is no way. Because if it came from mostly 'clean' carbs, you'd be a hellava lot bigger than 186lbs.

please post up this diet you are eating so we can check it out. You could do whatever you want with this cycle, it ain't gonna do shit if your diet sucks.
 
It sounds like he is just repeating advice that was given to him for a bulking diet.
4-5000 cals daily and 1.5-2gms protein per lb of body weight.
I highly doubt he is in taking 286 grams of protein to 186lb body weight.Nobody intaking that ratio of cals and protein at your specs is going to stall at 186.

What I dont understand is the op makes a statement that he has been stuck at 186lb for some time and then claims he is a cardio juckie.
Maybe you should revise your training towards building mass instead of using gear.If that what your goal is.All that cardio is not helping you gain weight.
