How old are you. When did you notice this. Did it start after you started training, was it there before, etc. Has your diet changed. When is the lasdt time yuou got a physical. Does anyone in your family have thyroid problems? How are you sleeping. Is there anything going on in yuor life stressful at the moment (more so then usual). Is depression a possibility. Were you sick any time recently, and did this start shortly after? are you on any meds?
you need to run through these, it will help steer us in the right direction.
