I am 37 years old and had my testosterone tested and the results came back today.
My total testosterone was 473 and my free test was 71.4
When I took the test I did not sleep well probably got 5-6 hours and didn't weight lift for 2 weeks because of injury. I don't eat horrible but don't eat great either.
I am 5"10 197 pounds with about 20 percent body fat.
When I was 34.5 I noticed a few changes in certain things in my life.
My sex drive went down. (Have sex 1"-2 times a week with wife and am happy with it)
I don't get the same pump I used to get in the gym.
I don't get excited when seeing beautiful woman any more.
Am not as up beat as I used to be.
Don't get morning wood or random hard ons very often.
473 is not low by medical standards to give me testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but that gives me the test of a 60 year old.
My question is if I take the test a year from now after cleaning my diet and sleeping a good 8 hours is it possible to get with in normal levels for my age.
Would you guys consider testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) if you were in my shoes?
