am i over training my arms?

awesome!!
im lifting heavy right now doing all sets at usually 6 reps, so wondering if im doing to much.

bis
straight bar curl 4 sets
hammer curls 4 sets
dumbell curls twisting rist in at top 4 sets
reverse grip curls for four arms 3 sets 10 reps

tri
push downs 4 sets
over head ex 4 sets
kick backs 3 sets
lying tri extension 3

if im over doing them, where should i drop a set at
 
thats a good work out. but i cant say if your over doing it or not. how do you feel after do you recover in a good time or are you sore for a few days after. thats what you need to look for.

well thats a good thing. i do a routin like your a bit more once a week. i dont feel i'm over training. and i lift heavy. 19" arms
so long as you dont feel burnt out and you function your fine.

nope keep murdering them man. you will knw if u overtrain.
 
[ I can usually tell if im "overtraining" when my intense pumps start fading away and im still hitting that muscle group..typically meaning you're done using ATP and Krebs and hittin glycolysis
