Ahh fuck it, I was going to post something really long and boring and useless. All I got to say is I am going Make some serious changes in my life style ie; beer, diet, beer, training, beer shitty food, well you get my drift. I am always pist off that I have not gotten great results but I have not truelly ever dedicated myself to the sport. I don't think I am nearly at the top of my game. I am going to eventually post some pics in the picture forum and let you guys tare me apart. rip me a new ass cause I need the motivation.
Need help setting goals.
I don't know why I lift, I have recently stopped playing basketball and I am wondering If I have potential at body building.
here is the deal, I am 6'4" 220 lbs. (I know that is skinny but whatever)
I am most likely under 10% body fat. (still have six pack don't know how but I do)
I don't know what level I want to compete at. (maybe I just want to pose for my girl friend)
My goals are to get to 230 around 6 or 7% body fat.
do you guys think that is realistic?
where do think I should aim to be in a years time?
I am planning another cycle of just equipoise.
I just want to be a killer.
