Seated cable rows
Bent over rows
straight arm pulldowns
Shrugs
Mil press
lateral raise
Wednesday Chest
Bench
Incline dumbell
Decline
incline flyes
machine flyes
Thursday arms
barbell curls
incline curls
concentration curls
tricep pulldowns
overhead pulldowns
skull crushers
I do all these with moderate weight 6-8 reps till positive failure
