AM vs. PM for training

I prefer mornings, kind of an early bird type thing, helps me eat more thru out the day.
Anyone have preferences/reasons they workout at a particular time? just curios
 
Some might argue testosterone release times (early day) or GH (nights), but I feel you should just go when you are most awake and pumped for it.
 
i prefer in morning. afternoon, or evening the gym is full of m*rrons
 
Im a night person so i feel most focused around 6/7pm so i do my workout then, dont have to worry about the 9-5 office, take up all the machines talking to my buddys people as i work out at home!
 
I agree with methtest, I am def a night person. I feel that you have more glycogen storage at night from all the carbs throughout the day and you also respond to insulin better. But truth be told i can just better focuse at night since in the morn im kinda groggy
