An other 1st cycle!

Tomorow I will finaly start my first cycle... I will be running Test E 250 twice a week mon and thursdays = 500mg/week for week 1-12... for post cycle therapy (pct) i have nolva, and will be starting it week 14-16 40/20/20....

My training split is as follow:

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Shoulders, Abs
Friday - Rest
Saturday-Bi and Tri
Sunday-Rest

My diet is real clean, eating 2500-3000 cals a day, 5-7 meals a day, chicken eggs tuna fish complex carbs, multi vit, whey and amino acids... been lifting serious for 2 years now but been lifting longer than that.... I weight 170 10%bf now and hoping to gain 15-20 solid mass... I will update and let everyone know how my fist shot goes!
 
did it! my first pin hahah i dont know if this happens to everyone or just because i drank coffee beforehand but was shaky as shit! and i have read but didnt realize how thick the test e is! took forever to suck it in the plunger its like i pulled back and it puled back in, anyways painless, and i know its all mental but workout was intence and went up in almost all sets! :)
 
Your 1 month in, hows it going so far? April 15, I will be starting a cycle similar to yours keeping it simple using test-c 500mg/wk for 12 wks with post cycle therapy (pct) srarting wks 15-17, clomid with nolva on hand just in case.

I think your calories need to come up if your serious about gaining 18-20 lbs. 2500-3000 seems low in my opinion, Ive cut on those numbers. At 5'11 190lbs, I'm going with 4000-5000, 45/45/10. Also complex carbs are good but you need to add some high GI's pre/PWO. you can still keep it clean.

Bro....this seems like a good first cycle. I just started my first cycle and it is pretty similar. Although I would think you could make gains for at least another 2 years naturally. The cals....I might go 3000-3500 at least to make gains bro. Good luck.
 
thanks bros... well im on week 7/12 now, starting out 170ish today i weighted myself at 183! everyone is noticing me getting "thick" "fat" "bigger" haha i heard all of them all, my strengh is through the roof! im started breaking out about 2 weeks ago all over my chest color bone and little on my back... i havent had any signs of gyno whatsover hopefully im not prone to it :) 2 weeks ago i took week off completely out of the gym still pined myself and tried to eat (but probably only consumed 500-1000 cals day) reason being i was in winter music conference down in miami, and being back from partying i was worried my strengh would go down, but back in the gym i feel even stronger lol hope your cycle is as good as my current one.... im planning my second cycle now....
 
yes strengh is to the roof! my workouts are intense and long, my acne cleared out a little on my chest after going tanning... i got a lot thicker, 80% of my jeans dont fit me anymore lol i dont know if that good... ill keep posted on more progress :)
