ok here im just alittle confused here and i feel really dumb......i decided to go with this diet last second because it sounded god to what my goals were....stay the same weight,maybe gain like a couple of lbs but just muscle n lose some fat......im also running test prop and tren...

i read from a different thread to start of in cals at 16x my bodyweight and to consume 60:40 protein:fats........ok i understand that and im doing that.....but then it said if u want to lose fat to lower my calories from fat.....now i want to lose fat so this works in my favor......but while doing this do i increase protein??????thats what im confused..


so does it look like this for example..

week
1-3200cals,350pro,200 fat
2.3300,380 pro, 180 fat

...and so on......??.......just want to clear things here......or do i decrease my cals and fats
 
I'm not sure how dieting affects you when your on the gear but a good rule of thumb is 1.5gms of pro per lb of body weight for a regular person. for some on gear I'd say maybe even 2.0 gms. Your totals sound like they should be right on target. Start with that and then adjust your totals based on your results. good luck:40oz:
