Anabolic/Metabolic diet question about carbs & fiber

DEATH to "The Club Boys"!
I have been on this diet for almost 5 weeks and seeing great results!

I am eating no more than 30 carbs per day during the week.

My question is about fiber carbs. Say I eat 30 total carbs per day. And out of those 30 carbs, 20 of them are fiber. Do the fiber carbs count towards the max amount of carbs that I am allowed per day? Or would I still be able to consume 20 more non fiber carbs?

I have my fiber supplement which I take 4 times per day. It gives me 20 total carbs, but those 20 are fiber. And the remaining 10 carbs I consume per day come in my protein powders or low carb A1 steak sauce.

I feel I need more fiber and would like to take in about 10-20 more grams of fiber per day, but I don't want to mess up my very effective diet.

Thx for any help.

Yeah, don't count the fiber. It would be good to throw in some nutrient-dense veggies in there, such as broccoli flowers, spinach, kale, etc. Low carb and high nutrient. Raw peppers are a good source of vitamin C, too.

And there is little risk of it being stored?

You're using it for fuel, so it won't if you're not eating above maintenance. Even then, if you were to eat a ton of extra fat, it's not exactly easy to gain a ton of weight while eating low carb.

I'm confused about this topic myself, I've read that since fiber isn't broken down into glucose that if your eating more than 5 grams of fiber u should discount it from your carbs total, is this true ? There's lot's of contradictions on this topic.
