Lol I guess working out can mean so many different things to when you think about it. Because I could go to the gym every other week twice a week and consider that working out. Or I could go to the gym 5 times a week every week for three years and consider that working out. Most the people I know who have went to the gym didn't realize the harder they work out the more they have to eat. I know so many people who go to the gym and train like maniacs and than don't have a good enough diet to repair the muscle they damaged.
Have you ever done steroids before? Also I would have to tell you for your own benefit that you do not sound to educated about steroid esters or pct for the most part. I might sound like a ass hole but who knows I could be saving you a shitty experience with steroids. I recommend that you do some more research and if this is your first cycle you start off with something like test E for 12 weeks ran with a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) through out the cycle. Also Pct should be nolvadex and clomid.
And if you are under the age of 23 I highly recommend that you stay away from steroids and naturally train tell you get up to around 180. Good luck man read the stickies and maybe im wrong and you have some reason I don't know about why you designed the cycle this way.
