My natural testosterone is 700,natural estradiol is 42,which is a bit too high,how to lower it with anastrazole to 20-30 level?Im gonna take 0.25mg twice a week ,is it correct?And for how long should i do it,1 month will be ok?When i discontinue to use it,will my E2 back to 40?

Did you have the regular or sensitive estradiol assay run? The regular assay is notoriously innacurate (usually too high) at the lower levels found in men.
Arimidex mono-therapy has serious long-term issues that should not be taken lightly. And honestly, it sounds like your E2 is not really all that high. There are some over-the-counter things you can take to lower E2 like DIM, zinc and B-6. I would try that first in your case if the Sensitive Assay shows your E2 is high.
Yes, discontinuing adex would allow estradiol to return to previous levels all things being equal.
BTW - many guys consider the "sweet spot" for E2 to be between 20-40. If your E2 gets too low there are some nasty side effects along with fat gains.

As suggested, you need a sensitive E2 assay.
This is what I use to lower e2 when it's hovering above range, especially recommend it for naturally high levels...
300 mg DIM (Preferably DIM-Estro by NuMedica)
30 to 50 mg Zinc
2 to 3 mg copper.
Zinc/copper can be found in one pill at that dose.
