Anavar and Bulking

Hello ladies

So this is my story. My mother (47 years old, 5'3", 125lbs) is seriously considering using AAS. Before she jumped the gun I told her that I would do some research and we can take it from there.

So here is what she wants to achieve. She just under went some plastic surgery (she had a tummy tuck and lipo) and she looks awesome. My mom had killer legs throughout her entire life but with her yoyo dieting and age, she has lost all mass, muscle and fat in her legs. She HATES her legs. She has been working them out for over 5 years now and gets definition but no mass. They are ripped but they look like stilts (bone thin). So...she wants to turn to AAS.

My husband refuses to help us in any way and does nothing but give us the horrible side effects of what steroids can do to women and after reading the posts on this forum, he is right - to a certain extent.

After reading everything, it appears that a low dosage of anavar (maybe 20-25 mg/week) for a 10-12 week cycle would be good for her. My question is - is anavar good for bulking? How does that work? I keep reading how it does wonders for cutting, but she isnt really looking to cut, she wants to bulk-up. So what do you ladies recommend for her? I am so confused by everything I have read and would love some insight from women who have tried this. Does she inject directly to the legs?? I know she does not want to take orals because of the whole liver scare and that is one piece of advice my husband did offer - never take orals, stick to injectibles!

PLEASE HELP - I do not want to see my mom get hurt because she is relying on my research (I have never done this either so I am a complete rookie :)

Thanks so much!!

We HAVE to see her diet and workout plan. Then we can go from there. There are ways to bulk up without using AAS and risking the side affects. I suspect we could help your mom-in-law with a simple diet tweak.

Also if she's prone to yo-yo diet steroids are not for her. The only people who should even consider using AAS are people who know how to be consistent and can stick with their goals. Yo-yo dieters are not consistent and doing steroids will hurt them.

women that are close to 50 should go to a Hormone replacement Dr and get her blood tested and maybe get advice from a Dr. Experimenting with hormones during the menopause age could do mare damage than good. maybe get a test creme or patch. Then its legal and she is under supervision. Safer and then her husband can support her and not be bashing her for using steroids. There are Life Extension clinics that could help with this.
