Starting my cycle in the morning.

I have some stubborn body parts (e.g. my delts), I am hoping the Var will assist me in bringing them out....

I know traditionally Var doesn't put on much mass but does anyone hv experience w Var helping them w troubled areas?

Hi sheflexed,
The only thing that will help with the "trouble areas" is tweaking your routine, var will give you strength gains, but you'll have to be the one that has to tweak your training to improve those areas.
 
Maybe I should start a new post in training relating to delts... I go heavy :(

I personally don't go super heavy, I think is more improtant to concentrate on technique, make that youfocus on good form rather than weight.

Post up yoru routine if u like, so u can get more feedback :)
