I was taking 10mg a day of anavar and quit cold turkey without and PCT. Ive gained about 10 pounds since I quit. I am wanting to start a cycle again. Can someone help give me direction so this won't happen again?

Females don't actually need to do a PCT as a male would after a steroid cycle. Not doing a PCT doesn't have anything to do with why you gained 10lbs. Did you change you diet once you came off? Possibly eating more things you probably shouldn't?

Yes. I was prepping for a competition and went on vacation immediately after. I've read other posts saying that women should take something to lower test levels so they don't drop. I just don't want to take something so I won't lose my gains

Well theres your answer right there my friend. Your body was deprived due to your prep, you went on vacation, probably ate however and drank whatever and just put on weight. I had a friend just finish a show, he put on 20lbs in the first week after the show. There isnt really anything a female needs to take after, the hormonal system of a female isn't designed like a males and it doesn't shut down and need to be restarted after a steroid cycle. Just be cautious of what you eat if your worried about 10lbs, but in reality 10lbs ins nothing!!

So if I cycle again will it put me back to where I was? I feel like a fat pig haha. And after I come off my cycle just continue to diet and I'll keep my gains?

Diet will help you keep gains, yes, especially gains from anavar. Anavar gains tend to be pretty solid, in males and females. But remember its almost impossible to look how you do when you on compared to when your off, you cant have the fat burning and hardening effects of the drug if you aren't taking it, its just impossible. Will another cycle put you back where you were? Impossible to answer really, each cycle will differ due to differences in training, rest and diet. But chances are you will get back to where you were.

Why don't you try to lose that 10lbs naturally, and get to the weight you were when you were on the anavar, and THEN run the anavar. Don't just use it to get to where you were, you can do that on your own, then run the Var and be better then you were before ;)

I've been back on my diet for a couple of weeks now and I just can't get it off. I'm still working out about5 days a week. I'm just getting frustrated with it.

A couple weeks isn't very long, try a couple months, it will happen, just not as fast as if you were on anything. But you cant stay on Var forever unfortunately.
