Anavar cycle : No results

Hi,

I'm taking anavar (10 mg/day) with no results. I'm on keto diet and eating well, high quality proteins, good fats and lots of veggies. (1800/2000 cals)

I'm experiencing some sides effects : i'm tired all the time and i have acne.

I didn't notice considerable change in my strength, didn't gain muscle or loose fat.

I'm 5'2, 120 lbs, 13% bodyfat. I can see the veins in my abs but I have fat on my legs :-(

I don't know if i have to up the dose? I'm scared about the sides effects (acne)

I need some help cause i'm on the week 12:)
 
The steroid will not burn fat, your diet and cardio will.

I agree. Also, I never run an AAS for longer than 12 weeks, because it can wreck havoc on your female hormone balance. My advice is to taper down and start post cycle therapy (pct). I use this http://www.needtobuildmuscle.net/st...upplements/Forged-Post-Cycle-Therapy-p10.html

I get the best results from AAS with a balanced diet and creatine regimen (especially with var). Id save the keto for after the cycle when you cut. Diet and Training are 90%, gear is the last 10% (maybe not even that much)

Post up your diet (EVERYTHING you ate today) and complete stats in the diet forum so we can help you.

I'm currently taking :

-Creatine
-Beta-Alanine
-Preworkout
-BCAA (during & after my workout)
-Fish oil
-Multivitamins

-Antibiotics to cure my acne
-Birth control (Seasonale but last month i change for Yasmin)

Today i ate :

Meal 1 : Protein shake (30 gr) with 15gr of almond butter
Meal 2 : Extra lean ground beef (150 gr), Brocoli(80 gr), olive oil (1 teaspoon)
Meal 3 : Chicken breast, various veggies, olive oil (1 teaspoon)
Meal 4 : 20 almond, 2 babybel
Meal 5 : Tilapia
Meal 6 : protein shake + almond butter (15 gr)

I'm still hungry lol

I do weight training 4 day/week and crossfit 3 day/week.

I don't know what to do excatly to taper down. Cutting the dose in two and only take 5 mg/day for 2 or 3 weeks? I will do the PCT

Time to get off this cycle....you've been on it long enough...especially if you didn't get the results you desired.

What is your goal....lean down or bulk up? Both won't happen.

I'm afraid to lose weight and my strenght after getting off this cycle.

What are the effects on women body after stopping steroids?
 
If you want to gain muscle you have to be prepared for fat and water gain as well.

And you will most likely lose weight and strength after getting of a cycle. Those are the effects after quitting steroids.

Depression, Anxiety, weight loss, weight gain, increased appetite, mood swings, irregular periods.... Its all individual and depends on the cycle.

These can be minimized with post cycle therapy (pct) and proper diet and training.
