Hi,

I am getting ready to start a cycle of Anavar and I want to take a good fat burner with it. I have taken Clen in the past..but I think the last batch that i bought was bogus because it didn't do shit.. No shakes.. no jitters...no heating up... RED FLAG RED FLAG. Sooo what would be another good fat burner to try? I am 5'2" 128lbs and about 22% body fat right now. I want to get back down to 118lbs - 120lbs and put on some lean muscle.

My second question... here and there I have heard that Anavar will make you miss your period?? Is this because you don't produce as much estrogen??? Would taking something like 6OXO do the same thing?? since it is an estrogen inhibitor??? Please help me out and tell me your experiences? And did you miss your period right away when taking Anavar?

Thanks for any input anyone can give me!!!

yes I know.... I will put on lbs with the anavar because of muscle gain...but I want to drop the body fat % so I know I may not be 118lbs but ultimately I want my body fat % to like 14% or lower like it has been in the past... here is a pic to show how low I was once able to get.

AND yes.. my diet is good.. i follow the CKD diet ..(well as much as I can.. but it works really well for me..) but I feel like I am plateauing and I can't get rid of any weight....

I do cardio 30min 4 days a week and lift 5 days a week.

Try Clen from http://www.universalkits.com/researchchems.htm -- if that doesnt give you the shakes then I don't know what else to tell you, maybe your body just doesnt respond to clen.

As far as another fat burner, Thermorexin from the AF Store has been getting some good feedback. T3 is something to investigate but definitely get some more opinions from other females who have used it because there is a lot of feedback on it, both good and bad.

Aside from that, diet will be key to the fatloss. Once you've nailed down the "eating completely clean" all that remains is manipulation of calories through adjustment of the macro-nutrients as well as looking at increasing cardio.

As far as missing your period, my understanding is that it is due to hormonal imbalance causes by the steroids but thats a pretty generic answer. I should probably let one of the females explain it to you a little more in depth.
