Anavar--first time steroid user--weight training + BJJ

I took 50mg a loved it. I am 6'2" and 260 pounds. With a good lab that has legit anavar, 50 seems good for guys. Now if it is bunk, underdosed, or is actually dbol/winny then it would need to be more.

I am lucky to have only ever had legit anavar.

i dont think var is good for bjj the pumps will mess up your grappling.
