hello girls, I need some help and motivational talk. I have been on var for about 5 weeks, very low amount but love the results, body fat went down and shoulders and arms look good. I decided I needed to go off cycle. I was on about 5 mg per day. now I am worried will I loss my results and nice muscles definition. I train very hard 2 hours (30 mins cardio 1.5 hrs weights) at least 5 days a week. my diet is spot on 6 meals a day etc... After stopping var can I expect my weight to drop or go up if I continue my training and diet. I dont want to gain any weight !!! help what can I expect after stopping var.
