Anavar Only Cycle Advice

So, after a long time of being on the fence about gear, I have decided to run a cycle.

For my first cycle I've decided to run just Var. I made this decision on the following factors. First and foremost, Var seems to have lower side effects on the body and this is a big factor in my decision. Second, I'm not looking to make huge gains, but quality gains. I believe in working out hard, eating right, and getting quality sleep, but wouldn't mind an X factor. I also have an ungodly phobia of needles.

I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself. I was also hoping to get some feed back from some of the Pros here.

My main question at the moment is dosage? I've heard take from 20 - 50mg daily, but I've also heard take 50 - 100mg daily. What dosage would be best?

Current Stats : 6'1" 174lbs.
 
My Diet is solid and always has been. Also my diet is about 95% organic. I have been on a long road to recover after a very nasty ski injury this past winter. I was down to 155lb but i'm working my way back to my heavy weight. I have been a taller leaner person for most of my life. I have recovered from my injury, My diet is top notch, and I have organized a very effect work out routine. I have come here to get the knowledge I dont have and that pertains to gear.
 
My metabolism is off the charts. I eat all day, gaining mass has always been a challange because of the build of my body. I was 180 before this winter and no matter how much i ate, I could never get higher. IF anyone has experience or advice running Var I would love to hear about it

If you dont know how to eat to gain weight, steroids arent going to give you the results you want, especially anavar

assuming you are at the highest activity level, which I doubt, your caloric needs would be somewhere around 3700 cals. eat 4000+ for a few months and you will grow
 
if you want to run a cycle, run a cycle. Test only first time. var only cycle??? unless you are female.... imo it would be a waste of time.
 
If I ran test and var together what doses should I run, and what would the potential gains be? Lucky13 has an older thread that is a var only cycle and i really like what was posted there
