Anavar or Clen/T3?

My girlfriend is interested in starting a cycle to help her burn fat. I have read about Clen and T3 but just today someone was telling me that Anavar can help women lost weight? I don't know much about it. My girlfriend is 30 years old, 5ft 7in and about 150lbs. She mixes it up between weight training and cardio but she has a very difficult time burning fat. Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Hi Majere,

Anavar isn't a "fat burner" and I wouldn't suggest clen or t3, losing weight is 80 % diet, how's her diet ?
I bet that where the problem is....If her diet & training are dialed in & she's still not losing weight, she can ask her doctor to do a thyroid panel test.. she might have Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) most peolple that suffer from this have a hard time losing weight due to a slower metabolism..

I suggest if she's still set on doing anavar that she do her own research & take her time to make an informed decision...
IMO the fact she's not here asking these questions herself proves she's not ready run a cycle.

She does have a thyroid issue. She was supposed to have surgery last year but she changed jobs and hasn't gotten insurance yet.

Is she taking medication ? & Does her Endo check her thyroid levels frequenly ?
It could take quite a while for the doctor to find & adjust the right dosage for her..

If she has hypothyroidism she definelty needs to stay away from T3, she needs to "only" stick with her Synthroid(t4) medication she's getting from her doctor.. she's being prescribed T4 because her body turns T4 into T3...
So she needs to be on a individualized dosage based on the % of her thyroid that isn't working properly..

Hope she can get insurance soon..

She isn't taking mediation. She'll be going on my insurance soon I think so we'll be able to take care of that. Sounds like we better do that before we do anything else. Thanks for the advice.

I'm just finishing up my first cycle of Anavar and i found i had to really watch what i ate so i didn't gain too much weight. I would never use it if i was trying to lose weight
