anavar-when to take?

I have 5mg tabs and wondering when should I take them.(dose will be 50mg)
I was also wondering does it matter to take them with food or empty stomach and all at once or through out the day?

throughout the day, u never wanna take all at once with any orals... or atleast i wouldn't.... take 10mg in the morn, 10 at lunch, 20 before you workout and 10 just after dinner time or before bed

BTW, I did some searching on this board and found the half life of anavar to be 4-6 hours. Hope that helps. By the looks of things you'd want to take a bigger dose before bed because your not going to take any for 8 hours and that is about it's lifespan. Need some info from those technical guys like douygefresh or stone
