Anyone have any info such as results, how long to stay on it, how many mg's a day is good. I appreciate the advice in advance.
 
I was trying to get some Winstrol (winny) pills but availability is scarce right now... so I was told to try Anavar..which is available....I don't know too much about it... I read 25mg a day,.....basically I am looking to tighten up a bit...I did a cycle of dbol which ended back in early december..(good results) . then hit 6oxo to lose the excess water....now i am looking to just cut up a bit....leaving for vacation in about 6 weeks...... I kept most of the strenght and size, I am probably in the best shape I have ever been and just want to go a bit farther with it before I try another dbol cycle in a few months...... any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.....btw this is a great sight..been reading quite a bit......I actually found it by seaching anavar in google....glad I hit the link.

25 mgs. per day is a decent dose, I'd consider bumping it a bit higher if you weigh say, over 200 lbs. Anavar really isn't the best bang for the buck, but it appears that you don't have great access and you want to stick with orals only, so ok.
 
Try this take 40-60mg of Anavar every day up until your vacation, along with 5 grams of creatine, if possible maybe run test prop or test suspension..... Heres some

make sure you are having blood work done
all oral cycles arent the way to go
 
I appreciate the info..here's some info on me........I am 5 feet 8.5 inches and weigh 195lbs...(highest weight and strongest I have ever been).. my body fat is somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 - 15%... (probably closer to 10) I haven't had it checked in a while. I would love to do injectables but I have a serious issue with needles...no need for jokes...its all mental ..... I am trying to overcome it... I have only done one cycle of dbol and will probably try another in two to three months.....previously I only used 1ad a few times. I definately liked the dbol and will try it again.... I try to stay as cut as possible all the time (diet diet diet.....its more of a way of life) and I know eventually I will have to get past my issues and hit the needle...I am also aware it is much safer than orals.... I have found this site to be very informative for someone who is just getting into steroids (can only get so far with over the counter stuff)......

Is it necessary to use an estrogen reducer with Anavar?? I didn't think it would be as important as when I took Dbol.
 
Bro did you keep any of your gains from the dbol cycle? How long did you run it? I am not going to make fun of you about being afraid of the needle, because I was afraid like a little girl before doing my first shot. But once you do it, you realize it is nothing. I like sticking myself now. Forget the dbol only cycle. If you want to make real gains that you are going to keep, test is best. And its not as harsh as dbol.

I also like anavar. At your weight, if you can afford it, I would go 40-50mgs a day.

Where are you going on vacation. I go to mexico at the end of march.
 
I did a cycle of dbol back in late October to the beginning of December which consited of an average of 25mg a day.... I started at 20mg then went to 25 then to 30 then tappered back down to 20 at the end. I gained about 18lbs and I kept 10lbs of it... I gained allot of strength....I did lose some of that but I kept much more than I thought I was going to... I am about two months off of it and I still have much more strength than when I started.... When I did 1ad I lost much more of the strength gained... I started using anavar at 30mgs a day... 5mg pills... 3 in the morning and 3 at night....been on it for almost a week now... I am hoping to see results when I hit chest, back and arms..friday, saturday and sunday..... got to do most of the heavy lifting on the weekend cause I am fresher and the winter warriors crowd the gym during the week...monday thru wednesday is almost pointless to even make the trip......

Its not necessarily being scared of the needle.....its a phsychological thing that would take way too long to explain....I am trying to work on it.... but I have only done one dbol cycle.... I have been bodybuilding for 7years (really into it for the past 3 1/2) and I have a really good foundation but I hit my plateau.... and I realize the only way to reach the next level is by using.... so I am working my way into it and I have a safe source....

I am going on a royal carribean cruise....food is fantastic...hitting aruba, st thomas st martin.....

If you are going to cancun....have fun...watch out for the federalies....they are crooked as they come...... and the chicks down there as easy as they come...... I went three years ago....my advice would to be to pack some protein bars ( food was pretty bad in most places).
