As far as strenth goes, I don't seem to be stronger in the since of able to do more weight, but I am able to do more reps than usual.
One final note, I tipped the scales at 212lb but I look much leaner in the mirror.

Still have aggression issues that I need to be aware of,found myself in a situation were I saw a stanger leaning on my car and I was instantly pissed off and I let him know about it too. Everything work out fine without incident, only due for the fact that he was obviously shakin by my prowess. I seem to have gotten rid of the back bumps/acne. Also, looking good and pumped up during the workouts.

This is the start of my 4th week on cycle and starting my 2nd week stacking Katana and A/H. In the gym I still have plenty of endurance, so much so I have tweaked my workouts to include more high rep sets to take advantage what this stack is wanting to offer up. In the mirror both these supplements are delvering the results as advertised. On the scale my weight has stayed in the same range throughout but like I said, the mirror is telling a different story all together. I am looking learner and more cut.
Good to hear, will you be getting your BF% measured?
Tried an experiment on Sundays workout. I wanted to see were the motivation and endurance was coming from, the Jack3d or the cycle supplements.
I had a bowl grape nuts and a protein shake for breakfast along with a cup of coffee about 45 minutes prior to the work out.
I felt unmotivated for the most part but I did have decent workout despite myself.
20 minutes cardio (eliptical)
6 sets of deadlifts
6 sets of bench press
5 sets of pullups
and finished of with some bent over dumb bell rows.
Over the last week I have slowly developed some latargy issues. I don't believe its the supplements, I'm thinking its the reduced calories catching up with me.
8lbs...could only be water weight, no way you lose 8lbs of LBM in a week. AH will dry you out, and may be the reason for your sore joints. How is your strength? How do you look in the mirror? These are better indicators.Just wanted to update on the stiffness issue, good to go. After my workout last night I felt a 100 x better. I'll chalked it up to age and leave it at that. But here is is something of interest, I weighed in last night and I was down to 202lb. That is an 8lb drop in less than a week. I'd like to here back from some of you in the know what may cause such a large decrease in such a short period of time? Is it water loss or am I in gyno after the katana and the A/H is not suppressing estrogen as promised? For me a 2-4lb swing is very normal, but 8lb seems like alot.

I'll accept the water weight as the reason for the 8lb drop. The protein that I have been using does have creatine in it.(nitro tech hardcore) I've been cutting back on its use and trying to get my protein from food sources. Less creatine in my body = less water retension. My joints are still feeling a little dry still, but nothing to bad. I hav'nt change much as far as the mirror goes as far as I can tell. I'll be working out again tonight and I'll see how the stength/endurace is holding up. Thx for the input fellas...
