O.K. ladies this is my final post on this thread. Let me just say this about that, I'm sorry to see this cycle end.
Here is what I have learned.
1st--- A/H IMO should be ran for six weeks. It was just starting to kick in during the 4th week of using it. I don't know if the katana and A/H were not working well together or it just takes that long to start to feel any effect. My last two workout were very solid and I felt very strong, so much so I had to tell myself that your not setting max records, your just here to do high reps and firm up.
2nd--- A/H had a positive effect on libido. Like I said it took into the 4th week of use, but the effects were showing if you know what I mean. (Remember I'm 46)
3rd--- my muscles were feeling harder by the 4th week.
4th---Very smooth supplement as far as sides go, there may have been some minor aggression issues and some drying of the joints but nothing major. If I recall one of the claims is that A/H is not used to bulid muscle but used to harden what you already have. I believe this to be true, but like I said IMO it should be ran for 6 weeks.
Katana
1st Wow! Felt the effects of it in the 1st week. Libido was off the charts for the 1st two weeks. Had alot of endurance and decent strength. By the end of the Katana there was noticable difference in the way my body looked. I looked strong and was leaning out nicely......Mixed with A/H weeks 2-4 ( Felt good the entire time. Had good solid workouts,but there was a drop in libido during this time. But other than that I was satisfied.
2nd...There were side effects with Katana. Agression and back bumps/acne. Also had some prostate issues in the begining.
3rd..Imo I would also run Katana for 6 weeks.
