Androderm 4mg patches for low T

Doctor proscribed for low T ... Added in 7x 200 mg deka (drbln) and I felt great for almost 2 mos. Does anyone know what a good blood level for testosterone is and where it could/would/should be for moderate androgenic effects say 3x year? No stranger to the game just need a refresher course before I go all in. All help or advice gratefully received. Procurement is, as usual, a major hurdle.
