You have to load it first. Take 20g per day for 5 days. Which means 4 TBSP ED for 5 days. Then take 1 TBSP ED, and opn lifting days take another one after you lift. Try to take it as soon as you wake up, and on lifting days in the morning as usual and right after lifting.
edit: 1 TBSP = 5 grams
And never take 2 TBSP at once because your body won't absorb it all. You'll piss about half of it out unless you split it.
Oh and dont mix it with water just spoon into your mouth and down with water because by mixing creatine into a glass of water you run the risk of it turning into creatinine, a useless form of creatine comparable with the rotting of food.
