another DNP thread

if you're sick of hearing these, don't reply and i'll stop. i started dnp last nite. i'm 5'9 and i bulked up to 186 (even then my top 2 abs were defined and the next 2 could be seen, didn't take bf measurement). i started cutting in february (supps used: liquid clen alternated w/ SAN Tight + ephedra, ALCAR, N-acetyl tyrosine, and dieted). by mid march i was stuck at 175 and i still couldn't see the lowest 2 abs. i decied to add some lipoderm, CLA (NOW foods brand 18 gels a day), and guggulbolic. i may have put on a little muscle, because my body composition changed (for the better) but only dropped to 174. and for over a month i was stagnant at 174. i took my first dnp cap last nite and today i was 171.

i felt real good about that so i wanted to share. i'll keep posting results if people are curious. there's a lot of info on this board on the stuff but not too many experiences.

dont get discouraged if your weight doesnt drop as fast as it should dnp causes bloat a lot of the time , when you come off the dnp the water will leave
 
how much water weight is commonly seen guys?

i know a couple guys on dnp at the moment, and they reckon that for the first few days teh weight dropped (ie 6lbs but then on day 4/5 it just stagnated..
 
I'm now starting day 4 (200mg day 1, 400mg since) and my weight hasn't moved at all. I'm going to assume I'm retaining a ton of water. If not, I'd be pretty pissed considering how much I've been sweating!
 
I think the amount of water you hold, is dose dependent.

I hold a ton of water when I am on DNP, but I use a pretty high dosage (800mg/day). For me, it usually takes about 5 days after my last dose for the water to come off.
I don't weigh myself every day during use.......I weigh myself the day before i start, and 5-6 days after I stop. Generally about 5 days after I stop the DNP, I can look in the mirror, and say to myself Fu*k...that stuff really works!
 
i'm doing 200mg in the evenings until tomorrow (first 4 days) and going to go up to 400mg for as long as i can handle it. i'm not getting the night sweats, but i do keep waking up in the middle of the night.
 
Keep us posted Frankie. We've got similar stats (both 5'9, yadda yadda) but I think my bf% is a little lower (have full sixpack in mornings). How's your diet and training?
 
Someone needs to post some Pre-DNP pics and 5 days Post-DNP pics.

I want to see how dramatic of a change this stuff can make in a short period of time.

lol all depends on dosage pal.
i did keto x dnp x ECA, dosage was too high got pretty sick.....
lost 2 or more lbs a day but.....was it all fat? i doubt it....

personal opinion is to stay away from DNP.unless you are morbidly obese and seriously need to lose some fat. a cutting cycle is much more effective.
this is my first test cycle im eating atleast 6,000 cals a ive gained 30 lbs in 5 weeks and look leaner. DNP did not have this effect ;)
 
i doggcrapp MWF (moderate carbs) and cardio on TRS (no carbs), rest sunday. that's what i've been doing since sometime in feb. but, i hear getting a little bit of carbs while on dnp is needed, so i have some oatmeal in the morning, and some whole wheat bread sandwich later on.

i typically eat 5-7 meals a day (which include shakes), around 35-45 grams protein per. roughly 30 gms carbs per (when i do have carbs). i get my fats from natural peanut butter, grapeseed oil, canola oil, cla, and fish oil. i havent had money for red meat these days so protein mostly comes from chicken breasts and chunk light tuna. for fiber i eat a salad of baby spinach and ridiccio with all my meat meals, with my own dressing (nat. PB, oil, vinegar, black pepper, splenda, dried basil). and i don't eat after 10.

while i'm in a recipe-sharing mood, it gets sickening eating tuna out of the can, or plain tuna salad so here's something to mix it up. i make a whole bunch at a time and keep it in the fridge. you can multiply by however much u wanna make:

1 can tuna, drained
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
2 tbsp lite miracle whip
1/5 container of spam, chopped (i like turkey spam, but you could add whatever cold cut or luncheon meat u like)
black pepper
chopped parsley

basically, chop everything up and mash it together. good for sandwich, or wrap, or just with a fork.
