another squatting injury

since my last post about my weak knee, i have not been able to squat.

i just missed leg day 2 weeks in a row.

I have torn something above my quad, right where my hip joins my leg in the front center. If you do not know which muscle i mean, i have found it hurts when i straighten my leg, and lift it at the hip like your going to punt a football.

it is total agony, even warming up... even swimming laps in the pool.

what should i do??? rest i would imagine... but i dont want this to last much longer.

If it's a tear, then you'll be out for several weeks, minimum. Strain, then it won't be quite as long, but rest is gonna be your best medicine either way.


And that would be in your hip flexor group, daan.
