alright bro's i gotta a few Q's.
i have low total test and average free test levels.
my question is would it be benificial to run AI's by them selves if i have not been on cycle for over a yr? would this help lower my E levels and help my natty total test levels rise? are AI's more effective over Serms or should i incluld nolva or clomid as well? i was thinking of just using Letrozole (Femera).also how are AI's ussually run like Letro? thanks in advance for all your help.

I am no expert but I don't thing anti-e's (neither AI's nor SERMs) are the way to go. The expert is Swale (do a search on that name). I think you will find that hcg at a minimum is needed and, more commonly, test+hcg.

There are a few natural ways to make the most of your test levels, by lowering SHBG you can effectively raise the amount of free test without delving into testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) quite yet. Avena sativa, stinging nettle root, low(er) estrogen (through the use of an AI), also the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) exemestane can be used alone raise T levels, a few have run it for this purpose before maybe they'l post up with results.

thanks Dougoe as i kno you have already spent time with me via PM also. i appreciate the help..will look into those herbs also.
