i just ordered bronkaid and caffeine tabs .. a friend told me i should start out with 1 dose daily then proceed as i feel comfy to 3 x daily ..is it safe to take 75 mg bronkaid and 600 mg cafeine a day ? and what can i expect as far as weight loss ? i am doing protein bars /shake replacement n veggies with chicken @ night not to exceed 800 calories a day with 1 mile walk/run three times a week
 
So your trying the EC stack?. I tried that but it was mostly appetite suppression. As far as safety most people use the Ephedra and Caffeine 3 times a day for a total of 75 ephed and 600 caffeine. I would cycle it just like you would clen though to avoid beta receptor downregulation or at least hit benadryl 50-100mg''s every third week. I read somewhere the guaifenesin can be harmful if used pre-workout. Out of curiosity why did you go with bronkaid? Primatene has Ephedra HCL which is supposed to be better on BP levels.

As for the workout... I honestly think you need to work out more naturally before you hit an EC stack. The reason you not losing weight is your not burning enough calories and it seems like your already restricting calories so since EC will for the most part kill your appetite it seems kind of pointless. Also do you eat 6 meals a day to keep blood sugar levels balanced and insulin levels stable? Also if you don't have time to workout out for long periods of time why not just start with HIIT 15 min a day. I.E.

3 min warm up
1 min sprint
2 min jog
1 min sprint
2 min jog
1 min sprint
2 min jog
3 min cooldown

HIIT can tend to burn carbs and muscle but it keeps your metabolism up longer through the day. I just lost 22lbs without any thing using HIIT round training.

Also clarify your titles when posting. IE what substances etc. Honestly i just opened your post cause I was bored. I doubt your gonna get a vet or mod to respond to this.

thank you for your honesty ! as you can see I am completely an ammature here n excercise/dieting in general. I chose bronkaid cuz it was referred by a friend. The diet I am on is a mock of the Dr.'s weight loss program. It was working soley on its own but after dropping 22 pounds since July I hit a wall.It's been almost 3 weeks with no results. What I posted is all that I eat. What do you suggest for warm ups ? again thanks !
 
Warm ups = light jog. Remember to stretch first. Use a stop watch with an audible beep or set up your MP3 player to beep at intervals if using music. Also what is your height weight BF%? Also make sure your eating at least 6 times a day. Or every three hours your awake. Do your cardio in the morning because your body is glycogen starving and will burn fat (and some muscle). Also start doing some weight training exercises. Muscle burns fat even when your at rest. TBH I would hook up with a good trainer and dietitian and they will get you started and teach you how to keep the weight off. Just cause i am still kinda bored let me explain why your stats are important. Say you weigh 200 lbs and have 25% BF. That means that you are carrying 50lbs of fat. That leaves 150 pounds of lean body mass. So while cutting you want at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean muscle tissue so about 150 grams from protein. A generic cut diet would be a 50/30/20. So since there are 4 cals for protein and carbs your protein you need 600 cals from protein since protein is 50 percent of your diet that makes your total cal count 1200. So you need 400 cals from carbs which equals 100 grams and 240 cals from good fats so 26.67 grams (fat has nine claories per gram). Now say your awake 15 hours that is 6 meals. So your left with 25 grams protein, 17 grams carbs and 5 grams of fat per meal. Now that you know that work on the diet first. Also a 50/30/20 may not work for you (it doesn't for me I have to keep the carbs real low and fats high). Next look up the Glycemic index of foods and make sure your carb sources are all low on the GI. Good luck and get the diet and workout right before you start an EC stack. Also the above is a pretty craze diet and would probably only be used pre-contest go to a good dietitian and they will get you on the right path.

im guessing your female??

800 calories a day and your not only restricting calories but your just plain starving your body...

this means you'll see a rebound effect once u stop this "fad" diet that your doing..

lets start with some basics... not to shun out anything that the post above me has stated, it was all good info, thumbs up.. but we have to get deeper into your issue.. sooo

yea u got some good basics down there.. alotta people dont know the simplest things, like how many calories in a fat, carb, and protein, macro splits, etc..

now the focus is to customize to the needs of the person... i do this over and over again for people.. and its a trial and error process for some... thats just how it goes
 
Yeah I trained for 3 years like a noob before I hit up a nutritionist and we figured out that for cutting I have to go 50/10/40. After my first six months things went great back then he had me doing almond butter... Shudder never again.

yea u gotta switch it up... repetitive eating of the same foods leads to diet failure
 
I agree we need stats,

I used EC twice a day with good result, and no problem. I use a cycle of 4 weeks then stop

I'm 5'9 175lbs in my 30s with 7% bf
