i would start dieting and bring your arms up, you look like you have a fairly big bone structures so your arms are out of proportion, and your traps need work too, but i think once you cut you will see what needs to be worked
i could be wrong but your waist looks genetically bigger than 34" although it may be possible, you have a classic endomorph frame, which is a good build for football, the only real way is to set up diet
