I like CJM, some good people there. Pretty quiet compared to this, and they definitely have their favorite (read: biased) sources there, but I made friends there and it has served me well.
But I do always come here, so many knowledgeable and helpful people.

There's a legit Canadian lab on these very forums,, pretty easy to find. Heck they were having a sell the other day and there was a new thread started advertising that fact
