Turn 40 this fall. 177lbs. 5'10". 15-16% (guesstimate) body fat.
Been on TRT for several months now and things are going great .... still getting blood work done every 6-8 weeks and doing some fine tuning to my protocol. Libido is not, and has never been, an issue. Since starting TRT nocturnal erections are a several times a week but not every night occurrence. Never rock hard.
Erections are good enough to do the deed but they are not like they used to be.
Diet is better than most. Exercise is several times a week and includes weights and cardio.
So .... what else should a fella look into to make the 'ol soldier stand a little firmer? I have milled this over for some time and Cialis is looking more and more enticing.
