If there are any fighters or any other athletes that have to make weight I want your opinion. I'm kind of a light 145 pounder I'm walking around at 160 right now but really out of shape and got some belly fat. But making weight with diet and training get me down to about 153/4 then my cutting diet gets me down to weight pretty easily. So i was wondering if the benefits of creatine, like helping recovery times and I almost never get sore while on it, would out weigh the extra work i would have to do to make weight since I would be carrying some extra water. Any input would greatly appreciated.
