What kind of hours do u work? I see some do 24 on 48 off or 48 on 96 off
Does his profession affect sleep patterns? Will u get any mind of sleep during nights a as a fireman assuming there are not many calls come in
Will it get in the way of your lifting and fitness. I've seek a ton of fat fireman but them ago an Americans are fat in general
