any stuff to numb skin for shots?

I inject ventro glute (25g 1.5") and it is completely painless. Two tips from my experience:
1) When you push the air out of the needle, let a drop roll down the pin
2) stretch the skin before pinning

I use slin pins for my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) injections and they work just fine for delts, lats, and quads.

Just order the longest needle available and be sure to heat your test in some hot water before drawing and all with go smoothly.

I usually get my pins at RUI, but you can get them almost anywhere.

yeah slin pins are the way to go for me too!

My friend on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is scared of the shots also so he stops by my house once a week and I jab his leg or shoulder for him. Try that helps a lot when you can't see it coming and it's a quick jab.

yeah, my sister in law offered to help, she is a med tech, but she is what they call " heavy handed" and likes to throw them like they are darts, so i passed on that offer!

I have sensitive skin too but not as sensitive as yours TS. I wonder what could really help.

LOL. Me too!

It does have its advantages though. I have plenty of warning if I'm hitting a nerve since I'm jabbing so slow.

I'VE NOT YET TRIED IT FOR INJECTIONS, (CAUSE I'M NOT A PUSSY) , BUT THERE IS A TOPICAL ANALGESIC CALLED "STOP PAIN", FOR REAL. IT IS SO POWERFUL ON JOINTS AND THE AREA WHERE I HAD BACK SURGERY, THAT IT KEEPS ME OFF PAIN KILLERS. YOU CAN GOOGLE IT OR GET IT AT CVS, RITE AIDE, WALGREENS, ETC. I'D HAVE TO THINK THAT IT WOULD NUMB THE SITE CONSIDERING IT PENETRATES ALL THE WAY INTO JOINTS. GIVE IT A SHOT.
