Question: Cramping at Injection Site

I recently switched from injecting 200 mg/ml test-e to 300 mg/ml test-e. Thought this would work better since I am injecting less ml per shot. I am getting really bad cramps at my injection sites though. I normally inject into the outside of my thigh or glute. I don't mind some pain and soreness but when it gets to where I can't do squats for several days it causes problems.

The guy I get it from said this is because the concentration is thicker. He recommended putting a heating pad on the injection site for 20 minutes after I shoot. Has anybody ever tried this or have any other suggestions?

Thanks

He s right.
Heating pad yes, maybe heat the gear up a bit for better absorbtion, massage the spot, soak in hot water..have a hottie chew on it gently with her teeth..works for me.

Thanks for the reply Teutonic. Can I just put the vial in warm water to warm it up? Will to much heat damage the test?

Some people bake their test in an oven.
I sit my vial on top of my electric fire.
Metal one,

Heats my oil to water.

put it in warm water..wrap in the heating pad your gona sit on after shot to assist absorbtion..not hot..but warmer than room temp..call it a 2-8 degree s over body temp..enough to thin oil and increase it s fluidity and make absortion into tissue as efficient as possible.

In addition to what has already been said, I find it best to workout the muscle you injected that same day (before cramping occurs). Preferably right after your shot.

This lets you get your workout in without any pain and I've noticed it also decreases the soreness of your shot quite a bit.

Agree with glubgawd
I do chest shot and chest workout no pain or issues.
Same with quads on leg day.

Depends on the gear however.
Test E left me sore the day after.
Sust leaves me no pain at all.
and some slight tingling from the prop.
