So i just came off a cycle and i'm a bit worried about losing my gains and muscle definement. anavar worked really, really well for me! mainly because my diet and exercise regime were already spot on before i started, so i found taking it just elevated everything to a huge new level.
i'm aware that there will obviously, naturally be a drop in gains and muscle definition now i'm not on cycle. does anyone have suggestions of what i can use to bridge the gap and hold onto some of what i've achieved?
i've heard that creatine is good, but seriously - even just googling 'creatine' or going into supplement shops, there are a million different products and types of creatine and i wouldn't even know where to start! i heard that monohydrate is bad because it makes you retain water - but that's all i've really heard. does anyone have any suggestions?
is there anything else i could try?
in terms of my training, is there anything i can change to try and retain my gains or should i just keep pumping away to the max as much as i can?
any help would be much appreciated! i am loving what anavar did for me and i don't want to see it all disappear back to what i was pre-cycle
