This time around I'm on my 8th week @ 500mg Sus (250 twice/wk)
400mg Deca (200 twice/wk).
Went from 185lbs to 200lbs.
Haven't really charted my strength very well, but I'm hitting 225lbs for 6 on incline.
315lbs squat for 6
Deadlift 315 for 8
Skull crushers 135lbs for 6
Back db rows w/100's for 12.
I know 15 lbs doesn't sound like much but it's all quality.
I've got the veins still in my stomache which is an indicator of conditioning for me.
I've been getting in 300 grams proteinn a day only since 7-2 so I'm just making better gains as well.
I know I need to throw up a diary also.
