Hell I have an Nintendo 64 emulater on my Cell phone. So I play Zelda Ocarina of time, on my android cell phone. It rocks, be jealous.
Grew up playing? I still play. I am a hybrid Gamer/Athelete/Political idealist/Mad Hatter.
My brother is a marine so our only hangout time is in games.
So currently we play World of Tanks(Free WW II Tank sim online game).
Star Wars the Old Republic.
Battlefield 3.
And I have several games I play single player.
I have modern warefare 3 for the xbox, but its sucks so bad, and the graphics are so utterly terrible I cant stand it. I only get on to play it with my girlfriend(Damn Right she is a gamer/soccer player hybrid who is starting her first P90X rounds

PC gaming is where you will find games that will blow your mind.
You might think its nerdy, but you would be surprised how many Marines, beautiful girls, normal guys, all just enjoy getting out of this Fked up world we live in.
Look at Minecraft. 15 bucks, simple game, severely addicting and if your a creative person you can do things so intense, you can build a CPU inside the game that works.
I invite anyone who likes Tanks and World War II to check out World of Tanks. Its free to play(you can pay if you want little extras).
That is the one sad thing about the future of video games. The free to play/pay for extra benefits model of business. AS well as the DLC crap. Most DLC exists for games before they even launch, so getting charged for it is a rip off (Like new maps for MW3 to you casual gamers).
Its nice to workout in the gym, and then blow any leftover steam destroying people in an online game.
I tried giving up video games, but its me. So I cant lol.
That and I met some great people online in some games, just like I have online in here.
