I've been trying to find as much information as I can on this since I got my bloods back and my creatinine level was elevated. High range is 1.25 and mine is 1.51. My BUN however is lower, nominal being between 10-14 and mine is 9.
The 2 major reasons I could find are to much protien in your diet and dehydration which Megatron suggested to me already. I thought I was drinking plenty of water so I started to track it and found that I was consuming a little under a gallon a day. I'm now drinking over a gallon a day. Not sure what to do about the high protien since that's the major macro when trying to bulk?
I've also found that people with more muscle mass will have higher creatinine levels.
Anyone else have levels out of range?
