Anyone else not gain weight on TEST-E Cycle?

Seels like everywhere I read around here how people put on like 15-20 lbs during a test-e cycle.

I was running Medistar Test-E for 8 weeks with no gains/sides, etc. (feeling it was bunk I then switched over to AML and am 9 injections in - Almost 5 weeks for a total of 13 weeks)

I'm now starting to notice some oily skin / acne / sex drive up a bit and seems like I'm starting to get some gains in muscle, but my weight has not budged at all. I'm eatgin clean and lots, but just find it really weird the scale hasn't changed. I was worried how I was going to explain this "15-20lbs" weight gain to the misses, but there's nothing to hide. I find Im starting to look bigger and my shirts are getting tighter, but there's nothing extra on the scale. Does that make any sense at all?

Does anyone else not gain weight on Test? I'm sure the AML is legit because there is nothing but rave reviews on here about it. The only other thing is I take synthroid for thyroid and adalat for hi-blood pressure. Could either of these drugs be somehow interacting with testosterone and making it less effective?

Doing 500mg/week (250mg Wed/ 250 mg Sat). 5'11' 200lbs.

Thanks all.

You're problem is most likely diet related. Test won't make you gain weight besides water retention from elevated estrogen, diet is where the pounds get packed on.

I really hope you're not expecting 15 lbs of muscle. That's physically impossible. But even without steroids, you should be gaining just from your caloric surplus. So you may consider recalculating your daily expenditure as that is often the culprit.

the cycles too short and your diet must be off like they said above...I just ran a test cycle about 4th time might i add. this time ran var at the first 4 weeeks and last 4 weeks. im up 15 lbs and im eating to maintain, i didnt want any unwanted fat gain and with that being said im down to about 7%bf people stare.

The problem most likely is that medistar sucks and is severely underdosed. So your cycle really just started when you switched over to AML.

I personally really notice gains on a cycle. I notice the change in my mind set the minute it kicks in. And its not placebo. My neck gets thicker my body starts to gain a rounder shape to the muscles. I start to loose fat. Sex drive increases water retention starts to happen. Realistically like austinite said you are not going to gain 15 to 20 pounds of actual muscle. Im sure a lot of those people who gain that much are usually under dosing their AI's and also eating a diet that adds a lot of water retention and fat. I find if you are pushing your self as hard as physically possible in the gym every time you go there and you eat a really good amount of quality bulking food. You will at the very least notice you have a higher endurance level and strength is going up. I feel that there is no way I could take something and not know if it is real or not from simply how hard I push myself in the gym.

Also one of the most important things austinite preaches in his info he writes for us all to read is calculating the cost of blood tests into your cycle. Not only for the reason of knowing if your "gear" is real but for health reasons like cholesterol, liver enzymes, kidney function, and other important reasons. And I thank him for that because I never knew the full importance of blood tests. So do your self a favor and if you can not tell if your gear is real get a blood test 2 months into your cycles. Good luck man if you follow my advice you will never have to make another thread like this one again.
