2ond shot today. 50mcg I think. Felt good. Today I cracked the Vial for it, It fell out of the refrigerator and bam, Freakin bad luck. But I rescued some of it and put it in this empty vial I had laying around I put more BAC water in it. 1 mil more. Hopefully its Sterile.

I put 4ml of bac water in the 2mg thingi and 50mcg will be 10IU. Or so so. thats what I did. I don't know the exact doseage cuz I didn't put exactly 4 mil. so my doseage is around 30-60mcg not 100 percent sure exactly. 50mcg works great.

No. Just cortisol blocking energy. Able to do stuff without the use of caffeine.
