HCG Measurement Amount for Mixtures:

20,000IU HCG + 20mL Bac = .5mL Shot of 250IU HCG Mix E3D
10,000IU HCG + 10mL Bac = .5mL Shot of 250IU HCG Mix E3D
~I Made 20 Insulin needles total
5,000IU HCG + 5mL Bac = .5mL Shot of 250IU HCG Mix E3D
~I Made 10 Insulin needles total
This is based on my experience and how many I made doing this. I usually buy HCG in 10k IU powders...Rarely 5,000IU
Anyways. On 500 test PW, 250IU e3d OR 500IU PW is perfectly fine.
1000IU is most optimal if u want though. Pinning 1,000IU at a single time will raise e2 a bit, so u know. Better off split them twice a week.
PS: U can pre-load like 40+ syringes and freeze them. Defrost them in 2-3 minutes with finger tips and pin it SubQ. Good stuff

OP--it s a matter of u finding the sweet spot. I use hcg minimally, meaning when my nut s are noticeably atrophied. Then I do 125-250 iu x 3 a week until the 5000 iu s are either gone or my boy s are hanging low and are back to "normal"..whatever that is...I m not a nut guy.
I got my kid...testic. maintenance is almost irrelevant....almost...they have their place---in some woman s mouth mainly.

I'm on TRT so I take HCG year round.
I tried cycling but I didn't see the point in letting them atrophy and then enlarge, time and time again.
So I take a maintenance dose of 250iu every 3 days - keeps me nice n' low and in a state that I have nothing to feel self-conscious about.
I think the same protocol would suit you perfectly for your needs.
Take it from week 1 of cycle until 3 days before PCT

As BB said it IS better to always s use it on cycle or all year long if a trt guy....when I m popping off about MY protocol I ll almost almost always s indicate what I m doing.....at 51. Ussually followed by a disclaimor like this one. I m a clown and a bit silly but I d never offer advice to anyone to follow my lead unless it s my low dosing.
Ie--started my big cycle...it s so low...but I m an old cat w perfect bloods..
