Trying to get some MK677 from them and can't pay. Anyone else having problems ??
Anyone having problems purchasing from RUI ??

This is the issue - since it's a research company and borders the lines of some state and/or Country laws (although perfectly legal for research mind you), some banks flag the transaction and deny it thinking it's fraud. This is because to protect themselves they tend to bill under different names, etc, etc.... sometimes the transaction appears weird to the bank so they deny it, so you try again and now it bills under a new company name, so red flag. I don't want to add to much more before I don't wanna incriminate or anything or say to much but that's the jist of it.
If you call your bank back and tell them the transaction was you and was valid they should authorize the funds release. This is not RUI's fault it's purely you bank trying to protect you because we live in a world of scammers now.
My bank has the mobile app, and when a tranny comes up that appears
'suspicious" they alert my phone via app and ask if it were me, I click yes and it's good to go. Never had an issue with RUI and have used their SERMS, Aromasin and Cia... never any problems with payment either.

In this specific case it's because the funds go to another country that many banks won't process without consent over the phone.
Advice still is valid, but it's more of a destination type thing in this particular case.

Thanks guys I appreciate the help but that's not the issue here. My bank does not even see the transaction taking place. I tried doing it with them on line and they still do not see it so clearly they are not blocking it

Oh, is this a prepaid card? I know there's an authentication issue with cards that have a different registered address of the owner than from the user of the card. Prepaid cards only have the address of the bank, and cannot be changed.
You should see an error message if that's the case.
Otherwise, I'd contact rui's customer service on Monday. They're pretty good at resolving issues.

My buddy has continued to have the same issue as well, all with real credit cards with matching shipping/billing addresses.. his bank doesn't see it either.
So I wonder what it is, with my bank I just had to call them like halfwit said.
For my buddy I just had him give me the cash and I made the order for him.
